A recipe I made tonight. (Sorry no photos)
Buttermilk Baked Chicken
2 chicken breasts - skinless/boneless
1 cup buttermilk
The following spices to taste:
place the chicken breasts in a bowl with the buttermilk. let them marinate for awhile. on a shallow plate, mix the rest of the ingredients. remove the chicken from the buttermilk, letting some of the excess drip off. place each chicken piece in the spice mixture, on both sides and place in a baking dish. cook at 350 for about 30-40 minutes, until the chicken is done.
I served mine sliced on a bed of quinoa. \yummy/
